83. I wish to know if you are an urgent care consulting or a urgent care franchising body. I appreciated the insight I got from your article to start an urgent care business, and I would like to initiate a conversation based on understanding of your services offered.

We do perform consulting for urgent care startups through our sister company, National Med Network.

We do not yet offer franchising, but we hope to have this available by the end of the summer.

Our headquarters are about one hour west of Chicago O’Hare Airport. We offer full-day tours of our facilities (Physicians Immediate Care, Practice Velocity, and PV Billing), and over 300 urgent care professionals visited in 2007. We spend most of the day sitting down and taking your questions about all aspects of the startup.

With additional partners of John Koehler, MD (CEO) and Terry Buzzard, MD (Regional Medical Director), they operate the urgent care consulting firm of National Med Network and the ten clinics (in Illinois and Oklahoma) of Physicians Immediate Care.
