90. I would like to gain expertise in urgent care coding and billing.  Can you please advise if there are study guides, reference books, or on-line programs available specific to this area?

There are really only several ways to gain specific urgent care expertise:

• I am always adding more information to the “urgent care coding” tab of www.practicevelocity.com
• www.jucm.com: my column is published monthly on the topic.
• www.ucaoa.com: you can check out the Forum or you may consider the Fall Coding Conference. Tapes will be available.
• Questions: send them to me by email. It helps me write the JUCM column.
